Our curriculum is structured around THREE core modules within each disease state

HFP Education is aligned with the RPS Advanced Pharmacy Framework (APF), with each module designed to develop key competencies that enable participants to apply their knowledge with confidence in real-world practice.

Fills gaps in pharmacy education and refreshes core knowledge in the disease state, including developing understanding of how we got where we are in medical management today.

Developing a deep understanding of clinical guidelines, including the rationale behind them, and applying this knowledge to real-world cases through interactive discussion

Each module is designed to align with a comprehensive competency framework, empowering participants to apply their knowledge with confidence in daily practice. This structured approach supports effective supervision, facilitates team development, and ensures compliance with CQC requirements. Our Skills Escalator Framework enables ongoing supervision by identifying knowledge gaps, fostering professional growth, and strengthening collaborative working relationships-ultimately cultivating a highly skilled and dynamic team.
